Becca Mehigan

Becca first dipped her toes in the world of yoga after returning from a hectic lifestyle in New York where she lived for a year.

Becca completed 250 hours of teacher training with Reformation in 2020, and is continuing to explore and deepen her knowledge through teacher training, workshops, and retreats.

Becca is passionate about the mind-body connection, and how we can tap into body sensations to connect with the present moment. She is currently studying an MSc in Mindfulness-based interventions in the school of Psychology at UCD. Combining Vinyasa Flows with traditional Hatha styles with mindful movement, Becca is on a mission to share the benefits of yoga with everyone!

Her classes are accessible to all and she keenly encourages students to move intuitively, listening to their own bodies as their ultimate guide.
