Ciara O’Brien

Ciara is a breath of fresh air & that comes across in her classes. She creates a friendly, welcoming and supportive atmosphere and her goal is to enable students to leave her classes feeling strong, empowered, relaxed and refreshed. Over the past ten years Ciara has practiced various styles of yoga while living in Dublin and Australia.
She came to yoga initially for injury prevention and as a way to condition her body following years of pounding the pavements as an avid road runner. However, after floating out of her first yoga class she knew that she had found something really special that would play a much bigger part in her life. Off the mat Ciara works in a fast paced corporate environment and is passionate about the sense of balance that yoga brings to her life.
