Our 6 week course is specifically designed with the pregnant body in mind. Featuring calming sequences, controlled stretching and practising mindfulness to strengthen the connection between you and your baby.

These classes will help prepare you for a positive birth experience by developing the tools & skills for you to cope with changes to your amazing body, the demands of labour and motherhood.
