A 6 Week Beginner’s Yoga Course

Sunday’s 14/11/2021 – 19/12/2021 From: 11.45Am – 1pm

This in person 6 week course is perfect for anyone starting their Yoga journey, in need of a refresh or as an antidote for those who simply want to learn more. 

Each week Robbie will hold a 75 minute session. 60 minutes of which will be dedicated to the practical aspects and 15 minutes for theory and questions/answers.
