Gigi Tynan

A glimpse into a day in the life of Gigi is like it is pulled out of a healthy living advertisement. You would see a mix of sea swims, delicious brunches, dance classes, pilates, yoga and an endless supply of coffee in a keep cup! She is our pocket sized superstar.
She found her calling in movement and has dedicated nearly a decade to learning, teaching and now passing on her knowledge to others. Her list of credentials is pretty amazing, Gigi is a trained dancer, Polestar Pilates instructor and mentor with a full studio comprehensive certification, a ballet barre instructor, a member of The Pilates Method Alliance and a Neuromuscular Therapist. Trust us there aren’t too many like her!
Gigi loves to inspire others to find the same motivation and enthusiasm for Pilates movement as she has. Her classes create a balanced, well­-rounded workout that increase energy, improve body awareness with a keen awareness on alignment and breath.
