Jenny is a yoga teacher bent on moving people to play both on and off the mat with skillful awareness, an open heart and a healthy dose of gratitude. She believes that yoga asana is a powerful tool, accessible to all ages, meeting people wherever they are at, be it through injury, mental stress or the everyday life worries that inspires people to *Pause* *Breathe* And just *BE* To witness the magic power movement has to heal the body and mind and the beauty in connecting not only to yourself but others.

A hungry learner, passionate teacher and a bit of an anatomy nerd her classes teach disciplined alignment but believes nothing is worth doing if you aren’t enjoying it, adding that fun is the essential ingredient in yoga and laughter is the best core exercise there is.

Her passion for the way the body moves and works is infectious. Drawing elements from all forms of movement flows and healing practices, hatha, traditional Kundalini, vinyasa, yin, tai chi. Whether you are catching one of her upbeat, playful classes or the soothing, relaxing classes you will most likely find your frown turned upside down.
