Jenny Ni Rusieil

Jenny’s love of Yoga is evident as soon as she walks into a room. She practices and teaches traditional Tantric hatha yoga using asana, pranyama and meditation to realign the mind/body balance and allow for a calmer, more stable and authentic state of mind to arise. She has lived and taught in Bali, Sri Lanka and Cambodia and is also trained in Yin yoga, a healing and centring practice which encourages exploration of inner landscapes for introspective and self-healing purposes.
