Julie B


Julie is a Yoga and Wellness teacher in Dublin. A self confessed non typical yogi Julie began yoga over 12 years ago to help with injury prevention as a keen runner. However yoga quickly became a passion and then a career. She began her yoga teacher training in Ireland in 2006 with pregnancy & mum and baby yoga, this was the first of many. Since then she has continued her trainings in London, Bali and Thailand adding vinyasa, power, ashtanga, rocket and Katonah to her repertoire. Having lived in London for 5 years she returned live in Dublin in 2016.
Julie’s classes are accessible to all and she works with each student to help them develop a deeper body awareness and self-connection. With a background in gymnastics and dance she incorporates fluid, fun movement into her classes. In Julie’s classes you can expect a strong practice with an element of personal freedom and fun, leaving any ego or competition at the door. She encourages each student through challenging and flowing sequences always maintaining the focus on the breath.
