Niamh’s journey to yoga stemmed from a diverse background in dance and creative movement. From her very first time on the mat she knew that there was something special about the practice with its blend of spirituality and movement, so she decided to pursue a path of dedicated study that would ultimately change the course of her life.
Having studied under some of the most renowned teachers in Ireland and Canada, Niamh’s approach to yoga is detailed and liberating. She strives to teach her students to become curious about their own bodies and to recognise the impact their everyday lives have on all aspects of their being.
For Niamh, yoga is a full-bodied practice that encompasses meditation, mindfulness, strength-building and functional movement. Her classes are technical and challenging in ways that you might not expect, yet balanced by her light-hearted humour and interactive approach to a flow-based movement practice.
