Becky is a self confessed anatomy nerd originally interested in the anatomy and alignment aspects of the Asana. Through this pathway she delved deeper into the practice and she came to appreciate the huge benefits of Yoga for mental as well as physical health. She has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with an emphasis on Anatomy and Physiology from the National University of Ireland.
It was during her studies that she began her yoga journey with a practice in various disciplines, among them Vinyasa, Ashtanga, hot yoga and Bikram.
In 2015, Becky graduated from the Yoga London Teacher Training and taught there until she moved to Bali to do further training in prenatal, postnatal, child and teen Yoga.
Since her original training, Becky has also completed her antigravity yoga teacher training and a 200 hour Yin Yang teacher training, completed numerous courses on assisting, adjustments and the art of touch, worked in a number of studios and gyms across Sydney and Dublin, organised Yoga Charity events and has taught on retreats in Africa and Central America.
