Sarah first discovered her passion for pilates when she was training for the Dublin City marathon in 2019. She incorporated both mat and reformer pilates into her training and found significant benefits in her strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates allowed her to train injury free and improved her overall athletic performance. Her love for everything health and fitness goes hand in hand with her work as a diagnostic radiographer and it enhances her skills as both a healthcare professional and a movement practitioner. Sarah strives to bring a combination of heat and balanced energy to her classes leaving you feeling recharged and empowered.
