Sophie’s was way ahead of the pack and has been practising yoga since she was a little one. As you can see in how bendy she is! It was no surprise that her passion turned into her career.
Since first dipping her toe into teaching she has continuously trained across many disciplines- Yoga, Reformer Pilates & Franklin Method.
Sophie’s classes aim to align the body through good form and flow. She helps her clients to strike the ideal balance between stability, mobility & strength.
Sophie is passionate about educating clients about their body’s as she feels that is the key to sustainable, pain free movement.
