We do not have private parking in studio but there is ample public parking on adjacent streets with normal on street parking.

All classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before class is due to commence. Otherwise your class will be deducted from your membership or pack.

For workshops and events a 48 hour cancellation policy occurs. In the event of a cancellation of events and workshops outside the 48 hour window, a refund will be issued to the client account which can be used to book future events and workshops. Late cancellation results in a forfeit of the pass with no refund given.

Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your class is due to start. If you arrive earlier you will not be allowed to enter the studio. We may have to lock the door after class begins for security reasons.

Level one all the way. We advise at least 6 of these bad boys before upping a level.

The yoga mix is suitable for complete beginners to more advance practitioners. Everyone is welcome with variations for all.

We have changing facilities in studio and we do not have showers.
mats and props are provided if you need them, and we ask you to wipe them down after the class with the disinfectant supplied in the studio.
