The Menstrual Cycle is part of every woman’s life. Each of us has come into this world through our mother’s womb and because of her menstrual cycle. In spite of how incredible our cycle is, a lot of us might carry feelings of shame, frustration, dislike, discomfort, anger or disconnection around our period (could be due to various conditions, traumas or even socially influenced).
This workshop is an introduction to Menstrual Cycle Awareness, a mindfulness tool, which helps you to become more in tune with your cyclical nature and learn how to align more with your needs, restore balance, and create the life that you truly desire.
Menstrual Cycle Awareness is rooted in mindfulness and continuous curiosity about your relationship with yourself (on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level ), others and the world around you. It is a powerful way to tap into the inherent wisdom of your body so you can support yourself in your healing journey and in your personal and professional life.
All menstruating women are welcome to attend this workshop. This includes those who have a regular or irregular cycle, those who don’t currently have it and those who experience menstrual challenges (i.e. PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, PMS, period pain etc).
