    We offer a range of group classes tailored to meet your team’s needs. These can be taught in person, online or on demand.

    Example clases: Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, mindfulness, myofascial release, breath workshop, desk stretches.

  • Workshops

    Our workshops focus on how we can positively affect mindset and health.

    Normally 1-2 hours in length these can cover a range of topics from managing stress, nutrition, healthy habits and hormone health.

  • Wellness Retreats

    Day retreats are a great opportunity for team building, we can either come to you or hold it in a location 20 minutes outside of Dublin.

    We create a schedule to suit your requirements, some of the experiences we offer are: exercise classes, meditation, sound baths, Cacao ceremonies, hikes.

  • Virtual Clinic

    We offer both group classes and private sessions as a safe space to connect.

    These can be broad or specific, such as healthy habit plans, exercise for people with an injury, Pilates for back health, goal setting workshops.
