Recharge and Restore: A Midsummer Yoga Workshop

Join Aoife for a two-hour workshop on August 9th as we celebrate midsummer and take time to slow down, reflect, release, and recharge.

During this workshop, you will embark on a journey through pranayama and asana, experiencing a slow flow designed to ease tension in the body.

We will conclude with a yoga nidra session, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself and leave feeling renewed and revitalised.
