REFORMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reformation reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio. Bookings are made subject to the studio’s right to alter the programme or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

Classes are not sold with a guarantee of a specific teacher taking certain classes. When booking a class it is important to be aware the teacher may be substituted and passes will not be refunded.

Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

Students must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class and no later than 5 minutes before class starts. Late-comers may not be admitted to class after class start time. The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden.

Clients cannot share accounts. Clients can purchase a class for another client by adding them as a family member. Clients cannot attend classes if booked under a different name this includes family members.

Class Cancellation Policy

For all Class Passes/packages, cancellation within 24 hours of the class starting will result in a ‘late cancellation’ deducting the class from the client’s package. There are no exceptions for this 24 hour window.

For all memberships and unlimited monthly packs, late cancellations will incur a penalty fee of €5.

All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If a client is booked into a class, but misses or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will be charged for it.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Online Memberships entitle the client to unlimited access to our online schedule plus access to our On-Demand library.

In Studio Yoga memberships entitle the client to unlimited access to our In studio Yoga schedule, Online schedule and Access to our On-Demand library.

Online and In studio workshops are excluded from the membership plan, however, there is a 20% discount for Reformation Membership holders to all workshops (Discount does not include courses/trainings).

Monthly payments via Direct Debit in accordance with your chosen Membership plan. Month to include Public Holidays i.e. Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year’s holidays.

Cancellations cannot be backdated. Not eligible for refund.

Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the class start time. For Yoga sessions, Late Class Cancellations will incur a €5 Cancellation Fee if the class is full.

Membership Cancellation policy

We require written confirmation by email for all membership cancellations. All memberships have a 2 month minimum commitment from contract start date and we require a minimum of 10 days notice for all membership cancellations.

Membership Suspension Policy

We require written notification by email for all membership suspensions including suspension start and end date. We require 48 hours notice for membership suspensions. The minimum suspension period is 10 days and the maximum is 2 months.

Class Waitlist Policy

A waitlist is available for classes when they are fully booked. students may add themselves to the waitlist and in the event of a cancellation in the class, the first student on the waitlist will automatically be added to class up until 4 hours prior to class start time. Students are notified of this via email notification. 

The class cancellation policy applies to waitlisted students except in the event of a student being added within 4 hours of class start time. A student may cancel the class if added within 4 hours of class start time due to late notification. It is the responsibility of the student to cancel themself from the waitlist if they know they won’t make the class.

Refund Policy

Any service, contract or product purchased at Reformation is non-refundable including part used packages. Clients cannot split or share packages. Packages cannot be transferred to another client and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase. By purchasing your class package you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date chosen at time of purchase. Monthly Packages cannot be extended and credits cannot be used once expired. All clients are asked to agree to Reformation terms and conditions upon booking a course or Training.

Training, Course and Workshop Refund Policy

All Trainings, Course and Workshops deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. For cancellations made outside 28 days of Training commencement date, a full refund minus course deposit amount will be due. (deposit amount varies per Training). For cancellations made between 14 days and 28 days of Training commencement date, 50% refund of trainings total value will be due. For any cancellations made within 14 days of training commencement date, or after commencement date, no refund is due.

If a course or training is cancelled you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

Studio Guidelines

As we prepare to re-open our doors we have implemented major changes to protect us from Covid-19. Your safety is our priority

We are following all relevant World Health Organisation and Government guidelines. It is far from business as usual but we are dedicated to bringing you the safest most enjoyable experience at the studio. 

Arrive On Time

Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your booking time. If you arrive sooner you will not be permitted to enter.

Staff

We will have a full time reception to help implement Covid-19 procedures and qualified instructors in assistance for health, safety and insurance purposes.

Extra Cleaning In Place

We are adding more cleaning slots throughout the day and larger gaps between sessions to ensure all surfaces are wiped down and sanitised.

Social Distancing

We have reduced the number of students per room to ensure safe distance between practitioners. Please follow 2 metre social distancing guidelines.

Clean Socks

We require clean socks to be worn in the studio at all times and shoes to be left outside the studio rooms.

Sanitisation of Hands

There is contactless hand sanitiser at the entrance of the building and all studios and bathrooms. Please sanitise your hands upon entering and leaving each room.

Temperature cCheck

There is a temperature check on arrival. It is a one second process where your face is scanned and your temperature is recorded. If your temperature is outside the normal range you will not be allowed to enter the studios for your practice.

All Areas Disinfected

We are using revolutionary technology which not only disinfects the studio but has prolonged antimicrobial effects.

Bring Your Own Mat

We will not be providing any mats or props at this time. Bring only essential items into the studio and come ready to go. Our changing facilities are not available for use.

Ventilation

We are ensuring all studios and common areas are well ventilated at all times with the addition of a state of the art air purifying system to help detect and eradicate any viral particles in the studio.

Wear A Mask

We require all students, teachers and staff to wear masks/face coverings until you arrive at your designated training position, Ie. Yoga mat or Reformer Pilates machine.
