Our Mat Pilates 6 week course is designed for both complete beginners and those who have been away from mat Pilates for a while and would like to start to feel stronger in the practice.
This will be a dynamic, floor based, challenging class, building on each exercise every week, perfectly balanced with challenges and some much needed flexibility.
Syncing breath to movement this class will improve posture, strength and flexibility so you can see real results over the 6 weeks of the course.
