- Honour Traditional Chinese Medicine Beliefs: In TCM, winter is associated with the Water element and the kidney and bladder meridians. So, our practice will incorporate poses to honour and help balance this part of your body through the season. - Cultivate Mindfulness and Explore the Meditative Aspect of Yin Yoga: Give yourself the time and space to experience the profound sense of stillness that winter offers.
