This workshop is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and find deep rest. The practice combines supported Restorative yoga postures, breathwork and Yoga Nidra meditation.
Restorative yoga makes use of props for very restful poses, providing the opportunity to linger quietly and savour the simple sweetness and deep relaxation within each pose. These soothing and well supported poses help balance the nervous system and allow you to let go and feel truly nourished.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation and conscious sleep. You’ll rest comfortably in a supported pose while being gently guided through a series of soothing instructions, perfect for the autumn season.
This is a practice of rest and self-care that will help to support you during times of stress, fatigue or if you’re just plain overworked and it is the perfect antidote to a busy, stressful lifestyle. This class is suitable for everyone.
