Join Anna Przybylo for a 6-week transformative Balance Your Female Hormones Yoga Course to experience and learn yogic practices especially designed to support your hormonal balance.

Hormone Yoga is a natural and holistic approach to reactivating hormone production. It consists of dynamic practices to stimulate the glands as well as calming/anti-stress techniques to soothe the nervous system. This therapeutic sequence along with a balanced diet and lifestyle helps women all over the world with menstrual problems, with difficulties to get pregnant, mood swings, hot flushes, hair loss, migraines, hypoactive thyroid, insomnia, osteoporosis and others.

Who is this course for?

This course is for women with hormonal imbalances especially related to:

  • PMS, irregular menstrual cycle & polycystic ovaries (PCOS)

  • Fertility Symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, night sweats, loss of memory, mood changes, hair loss (practiced in order to reduce these symptoms)

  • Premature menopause

  • Perimenopause in order to keep up slowly decreasing hormone levels

  • As a way to tone and rejuvenate

  • for any women above 35 years old Hypothyroidism

  • Yoga for Hormonal Balance Experience and learn yoga practices designed to stimulate and soothe the endocrine system

  • Explore asanas (yoga poses) based in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga traditions, pranayamas (breathing practices), Tibetan technique of energy circulation and meditation.

  • Practise anti-stress techniques to soothe the nervous system

  • Discover your body’s wisdom

  • Have space to tune into your body’s messages in order to understand yourself better

  • Experience the more subtle aspects of your being through breathwork

  • Develop more kindness and compassion towards yourself

    Cyclical Awareness

  • Learn to observe the cyclical nature of your body

  • Honour the phases of your menstrual cycle by adjusting your practice accordingly

  • During menstruation, specific modifications will be provided to respect your moon time and to create more space for rest

Connecting with Like-Minded Women

Each session will include a short sharing circle allowing you to connect with other women, share experiences, and gain strength from mutual support.

Throughout the course you will be held in a safe and non-judgemental space.
