1.00 - 1.45 - Sauna & Hydropool Experience...Outdoor in nature. Cant get better!
1.45 - Delicious Local Veggie Lunch. Followed by yummy desert and tea/coffee
2.45 - Short Hike/Walk to take in the gorgeous scenery
3.15 - Closing Circle & Meditation, to seal our practice and precious time together.
