Join Sinead for an hour and a half Transformational Breathwork workshop where we will embark on a journey of self-discovery through the breath.
This workshop has been designed to help you connect deeper in with yourself & to tap into your intuition & inner wisdom through intention setting & journal prompts. This will then lead us into a transformative breathwork session where you will be able to tap into your hidden potential & creativity, followed by a visualisation meditation & a closing circle.
We will be using different breathing techniques so we can get the most from the workshop but the main breath we will be primarily using is the three-part breath.
Breathwork is an amazing tool to help relax & regulate your nervous system, gain mental clarity, reduce pain & inflammation in the body, reprogram your subconscious, explore different insights & perspectives & to release what’s no longer serving you so you can make room for more growth & possibilities. This powerful healing modality has the ability to transform your life physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
How to prepare:
Wear comfy/non-restrictive clothing, bring a journal & a pen & don’t eat or drink coffee 2 hours beforehand, if needed eat something light. Come with an open mind & heart.
Who should not do the 3-part Breath?
• Pregnant
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, heart attack, heart disease.
• Epilepsy, or history of seizures
• Diagnosed severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD)
• Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
• Recent physical injuries/fractures/surgeries
• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry.
• Severe Asthma
• History of or diagnosis of aneurysm
(if an individual has the above they can still attend the workshop as there is other stuff the individual can get from it like relaxation, guided meditation, connection & journal prompts)
