Friday Candlelit Yin & Nidra

This 2 hour relaxing evening practice is all about slowing down, incorporating Somatics, Yin and Yoga Nidra.

The workshop will begin with meditation and Pranayama and gently introduce Somatic movements, to release tension and bring balance through slow movements connecting the mind to the body.

From there we will transition to the Yin part of the practice. Yin focuses on moving slowly so we hold the poses for a longer period of time, connecting deeply into body, the last few poses will be restorative and passive, the body will be supported by props, getting ready for the Yoga Nidra where you will be guided in to a deep relaxation.
