Luxuriate in full relaxation in this two hour restorative yoga and pranayama deep dive. Gather the techniques for self soothing, resetting your nervous system and offering your body, mind and heart the route to not only release tension, but to revel in the rest. You will be led on a journey from gentle, embodied movement, through clarifying pranayama techniques, gradually slowing the body and mind down to savour a soothing meditation practice. Ultimately, you'll indulge in total release with supported, restful, restorative shapes. Lean in to each delicious moment and experience the magic of deep rest.
